Below you will find a list of the registration options for the weekend. Please complete this registration form appropriately and submit by 3/30/2026.
Remember, there should be at least one adult for every 5 children. Adventurer Ministries is a family club. Therefore, staff/parents/guardians are expected to control their children at ALL TIMES.
Option A: Full price WEEKEND payment covers lodging for two nights, materials, the event patch & six meals. This rate is intended for all Adventurers (all six classes) and Staff Members. ($90.00 per member)(Early bird $85 per member)
Option B: Reduced price WEEKEND payment covers lodging for two nights & six meals. This rate is intended for siblings (younger than 4 or older than 9) as well as parents who are not participating in activities. ($65.00 per person) including T-shirt. Without T-shirt (see T-shirt prices below to compute final cost)
Option C: Full price SABBATH payment covers, materials, the event patch & three meals. This rate is intended for Adventurers (all six classes), and Staff Members($54.00) T-shirt is extra. See the prices below.
Option D: Reduced price SABBATH payment covers three meals for non-Adventurers. ($10 per meal) This rate is intended for siblings (younger than 4 or older than 9) as well as parents who are not participating in activities.
